Find Your Consumer Number

Your SNGPL consumer number (also printed as “Account ID”) is 11 to 14 digits long and appears near the top of any previous paper bill or payment receipt.

Steps to Check Your SNGPL Bill Online

1. Visit the official SNGPL website.
2. Open the “Consumer Bill” or “Customer Services” section.
3. Enter your consumer number exactly as printed, without spaces or dashes.
4. Complete the captcha if prompted, then submit.
5. Your bill will display: total payable amount, due date, meter reading, consumption in m³ and MMBTU, and the full charge breakdown.
6. Download or print the PDF for your records.
