Gas Consumer Number Guide
Your consumer number (sometimes called an Account ID) is the unique reference that identifies your gas connection — you need it for every bill lookup and payment.
Consumer Number Formats

Where to Find It
- Printed near the top of any previous paper gas bill.
- On bank or mobile-wallet payment receipts for past gas bill payments.
- On the SMS/notification you may have received when a bill was issued.

Call the gas company helpline at 1199 with your CNIC and service address, or visit your nearest Customer Facilitation Centre in person.
Consumer Number vs. Meter Number
These are different. The meter number is stamped on the physical meter itself and used mainly by technicians; the consumer number is what you use for billing and payment lookups online.
